Closures and their General Benefits

It is produced as 2000mm or 1000mm, with hinges, handles, and anti-overflow when opening, and it is mounted with ease of intervention at every point.
The inner part of the band covers is supported by an iron profile carcass and is covered with 0.50 – 0.70mm galvanized / painted flat sheet. Since it is the main frame profile, it has a long service life, is not easily deformed, and serves the facility for many years without the need for revision and maintenance. Conveyor belt closures are generally standard.

The walking platform is 2.000mm long and weighs approximately 60kg. It is easy to assemble and install as it is manufactured as a module. Belt walking platforms, which are of great importance for occupational safety, allow all operations to be performed on the belt safely. Using the walkway that can be manufactured for all kinds of bands; It reduces the lost time of the facility by 70% as it helps to fix the faults that occur on the belt more quickly and easily. In general, we produce the platforms that we produce in standard sizes that meet the expectation, according to the customer’s request.
